RETURNS
If you want to return the product, you can do so within 7 days after its receiving. To be eligible for a return, if your item has any manufacturing defect , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the receipt. You will have the option of either exchanging the product.
Return will be processed only if:
(a) It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
(b) The product is not different from what was shipped to you;
(c) The product is returned in original condition (with packaging box, MRP tag intact).

RETURN PROCESS
The customer can return the product by informing us via email at info@goldenagemedia.org along with the reason for return or call @ – +918506805060 or create a return on the website. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if the return has been approved or rejected based on the product condition. Refund will be processed after the approval.

CANCELLATION PROCESS
You can cancel your order item(s) from your Account page before they have been shipped from our facility. The refund amount will be credited back into your Bank Account in a maximum of 10 banking days.

EXCHANGE
You can also exchange the product for the same style in a different size. No additional shipping costs if a product is exchanged the first time. However, shipping charges will be applicable for subsequent exchanges.

RETURNS WITH PROMO CODE & DISCOUNTS
If a promo code or a discount has been used at the time of purchase, you will be credited only for the final amount you paid after using the promo code.

REFUND
We take anywhere between 3-10 working days to process your refund request. Shipping charges will be deducted and balance amount will be refunded. For all orders refund will be provided in the form of an E-Voucher which shall be sent to your email id. and can be redeemed within 60 days.

NOTE: Please note there will be no exchange/return on customized orders

Below this a flat shipping of ₹100 will be charged and ₹100 will be charges for Cash On Delivery option. Successful Order done on website will be shipped within 7 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

To Ship internationally through our website Your order should be minimum INR ₹5000 Excluding shipping charges.

Final Shipping charges payable will be paid by Paypal via Mail.

(It will be the difference between the flat shipping charges you are paying at the time of placing order and actual shipping charges payable.).
